San Francisco's
collection of museums is what one would
expect from one of the world's great
cities. Within the boundaries of Golden
Gate Park alone are several of
sterling reputation: the California
Academy of Sciences, Asian Art Museum and
M.H. de Young Memorial
Museum.
With the
Golden Gate Park Culture Pass visitors can
enjoy all three museums in the east end of
the Park, plus the Japanese Tea Garden and
Conservatory of Flowers, at a savings of
30% off the regular adult admission price.
If you plan on spending the day at Golden
Gate park, it's not a bad
investment.
Some of the cities
other cultural venues can be found in the
lovely
Yerba
Buena Gardens in the South of Market
District on Third Street between Mission and Howard Streets. Here
you find such treats as the Cartoon Art
Museum.and
of course, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art
